Makarand Joshi - MMJC

He is a Fellow member of ICSI and Director of MMJC Advisory Private Limited, Partner of Makarand M. Joshi & Co., and Partner in MMJC Consultancy LLP. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance and various Company Law matters. He has actively contributed to the Research Committee of ICSI for research about Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs). He has written various articles which have been published in various magazines of the ICSI and ICAI and has delivered lectures at various Study Circles/ Seminars organized by ICSI and ICAI.
