He is a Fellow member of ICSI and Partner of MMJC. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance and various Company Law matters. He has actively contributed to the Research Committee of ICSI for research about Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs). He has written various articles which have been published in various magazines of the ICSI and ICAI and has delivered lectures at various Study Circles/ Seminars organized by ICSI and ICAI. Also, he has won the Best Secretarial Auditor award from ICSI for the year 2019-20. He is also member of Expert Group on Secretarial Standards Board [SSB] of ICSI and he had been Convener to ICSI – SSB publications – Guidance Note on PIT and Guidance Note on CSR. He also serves on SEBI’s ACLOD and Expert Committee on Ease of Doing Business, both of which have recommended key reforms to LODR and ICDR regulations.
She is a Partner at MMJC, Fellow Member of ICSI and a member of the Auditing Standards Board of ICSI. She is also Registered Insolvency Professional. She has extensive experience working with listed, unlisted, and start-up companies, offering advisory services across various sectors. Her areas of expertise include Mergers & Amalgamations, Company Law matters, FEMA-related compliances, and setting up Liaison, Branch, and Project Offices for foreign companies. She also has strong experience in handling winding-up matters. She is a regular speaker at study circles and professional seminars.
She is a Fellow Member of ICSI, a Partner at MMJC, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Laws. She leads the Research and Development team and oversees client service delivery across the firm. She plays a key role in ensuring 100% compliance and timely execution of assignments under MMJC’s Service initiative. She has also contributed to the updates of books on Secretarial Audit and Prohibition of Insider Trading authored by Dr. K.R. Chandratre, Past President of ICSI.

She also leads Data Management and drives Communication and Media Strategies. She also integrates technology initiatives, integrating research and innovation across the firm.

He has been instrumental in promoting governance practices and screening documents from proxy advisors perspective. He actively conducts KMS sessions for listed companies. He has expertise in subjects like Prohibition of Insider Trading, Related Party Transactions, Policies under SEBI laws, Due Diligence, SPAs/SHAs/ Investor Agreements. He is a regular speaker at study circles and professional seminars.
She is a Member of ICSI, a Law Graduate, and a Partner at MMJC. She specializes in managing compliances for Multinational Companies (MNCs), Asset Management Companies (AMCs), subsidiaries of listed companies, and Section 8 companies under the Companies Act, 2013. She also leads the Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) division at MMJC. She has in-depth expertise in conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings, handling corporate actions, advising on Company Law matters, and implementing sound governance practices.
He is member of ICSI, Law Graduate and Partner of MMJC. He has worked with organisations like Bayer, Mondelez and Nokia before joining MMJC as Partner. His professional responsibilities mainly involved helping global companies in India achieve business results with integrity. He has expertise in Anti-corruption compliance, Business Integrity, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, Competition law, Risk Management, Due Diligence, investigation, training and Prevention of Sexual Harassment. He looks after BRSR, ESG, CSR Impact Assessment and Compliance Polices.

He has immense experience in Secretarial & Securities Law Compliances and Corporate Transaction Advisory viz Mergers, Demerger, Capital Reductions, Acquisitions, Private Placements /Preferential Issues, Right Issues, Buy Backs etc. He is also a part of Investment Banking services at MMJC. He is also actively involved in Pre-IPO /Private Equity Support Services. He also takes up Board Familiarisation for Listed Companies.
