In the latest third amendment to Infrastructure Investment Trust Regulations, 2014, several changes have been introduced by SEBI to promote ease of doing business by InvITs. These initiatives, put forward by SEBI aim to widen investor participation, strengthen valuation and reporting norms and align disclosures with financial reporting timelines.
